Swan River Sailing and Total Team Building proudly present the most exciting teambuilding treasure hunt in Perth – Pirates of the Swan!
Swan River Sailing and Total Team Building work together to deliver a fun and exciting program that revolves around the exhilarating sport of sailing; a versatile and enjoyable activity that provides participants with a real feeling of teamwork, accomplishment and satisfaction.
Start the day at the Royal Perth Yacht Club, just 10 minutes from the Perth CBD (or one of our other premium venues), where you will meet your instructors, split into teams and head out onto the water.
On the water, under guidance from our experienced instructors, teams will complete a series of races where the winning crew receive an EXTRA clue! Once you are back ashore, Total Team Building will get your team working together to complete challenges to win more clues.
Once the challenges are complete, teams need to strategically work together to crack the code and unlock the treasure chest full of prizes!
A great way to round of the day is with some hospitality at the Club. Enjoy a casual barbecue and drinks ashore while participants relive the fun and adventures of the day.

Graeme is a two times America’s Cup campaigner and World Match Racing Tour Champion and he uses his recent experience in the 36th and 37th America’s Cups to highlight the elements of a high performing team. Graeme’s presentation can focus on specific elements that are relevant to your team that are then put into practice in a series of short races onboard the Foundation 36 yachts and discussed back ashore in a post-sailing debrief.
ONSHORE HOSPITALITY
You can start or finish the day up after your Corporate Sailing Charter ashore at the Royal Perth Yacht Club (or one of our other premium venues) with a buffet barbecue, canapes or casual drinks on the lawn, over looking the Swan River.
