For Season 2021/22 Swan River Sailing Events

Please use the below Crew List Form to submit your Crew List for the relevant Swan River Sailing Regatta no later than three business days prior to the event. Please use the main website navigational menu to find each event’s information including dates, times, regatta documents and more. We encourage you to view the notice of race before submitting a Crew List.

Please ensure you have all the details you require to complete the Crew List Form as you will not be able to save a draft to access later on.
You will need the following:

1)   Team Details  // Club or Class Association, Team Name
2)   Team Coordinator Details  // Name, Contact Number & Email Address
3)   Skipper Details  //  Name, Contact Number & Email Address
4)   All Crew Details  //  All Names, Contact Numbers & Email Addresses

**PLUS** Emergency Contact Information for ALL Crew Members [including Skippers]  //  If a Crew Member is under 18, An Emergency Contact Name, Relationship to Crew Member & their Contact Number**
