SECTION 3: CONSISTENT TEAM MEMBERS

Each team participating in the WA Tour Development Program must have a minimum of three 'Consistent Team Members'. Consistent Team Members must be under 25 years of age (as of 1 January 2021) agree to commit & participate in the full program (including all WA Tour Events) and one of these Consistent Team Members must be the skipper. Notice of Races for most of the WA Tour Events are likely to include; The number of crew (including the skipper) shall be 5 or 6 (5, 6 or 7 for all female crews), excluding persons placed on board by the RC. All registered crew shall sail in all races. The total weight of crew, including the skipper, dressed in at least shorts and shirts, shall not exceed 437.5 kg (476 kgs for all female crews), determined at the time of registration or such time as required by the RC.

Thank you for providing all the necessary information for your application. Upon the application period closing on the 9 October 2020, applications will be processed and we will be in touch in the days/weeks after to advise you if your application has been successful. Successful applicants will be provided with additional information and assigned mentors at the first Seminar on Tuesday, 3 November. At this time, a Commitment Statement with Key Criteria will be provided to each team to sign and confirm and a Commitment Deposit of $500 for each team will be payable.
